LEADER Islands of Attica – 1st call for private investments (P3-77-4.1)

Grants of 60–80% for small-business investments on the islands of Attica (Aegina, Agistri, Salamina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Kythira–Antikythira) and in Troizinia–Methana: processing, crafts, tourism and food service, services, and energy or water saving. Businesses still being set up can apply. Applications from 20 Oct 2026 to 10 Feb 2027; they are scored and ranked.

Who can apply

Individuals and existing or new businesses investing in the municipalities of Agistri, Aegina, Kythira–Antikythira, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Troizinia–Methana and Hydra. Processing (sub-actions 1.1 and 1.2) does not apply on Hydra, Spetses and Agistri, except beekeeping-product processing. New accommodation (other than campsites) is funded only in mountain areas or on islands with fewer than 3,500 inhabitants.

What it pays for

Processing of farm products (eligible budget up to €400,000) and non-farm products (up to €300,000): 65%, or 80% on Kythira–Antikythira. Crafts, tourism (accommodation, food service, alternative tourism) and services (e.g. childcare, elderly care, art spaces): 60% (up to €300,000). Energy and water saving, circular and bio-economy: 80% (up to €300,000). Purely intangible projects: up to €20,000. Total public funding €2.1 million.

What must be true for you

• The investment must be in one of the area's 8 municipalities, within the limits on processing and accommodation
• An individual or an existing/new business; no offshore companies, no bankruptcy or dissolution, no final fines for undeclared work
• SME declaration and, where required, a viability study
• Proof of your own contribution (bank document or solemn declaration)
• Do not complete works before applying; the building must be legal or regularised
• Most sub-actions fall under de minimis: up to €300,000 of state aid per 3 years

How to apply

1. Read the call and summary on atticalag.gr and ask the LAG (info@atticalag.gr, 210 4120002) whether your area and activity are covered.
2. Prepare a business plan, quotes (3 quotes for items over €5,000 or a total over €10,000), permits and property documents, usually with a consultant.
3. Log in to ΟΠΣΚΕ (app.opske.gr) with your own AADE (TAXISnet) credentials and choose call ΚΑΠ-29.
4. Submit from 20 Oct 2026, 13:00, to 10 Feb 2027, 15:00, with the 'Proposal description – solemn declaration' and the documents for your sub-action.
5. Wait for scoring and ranking per sub-action; object if needed.
6. Once approved, carry out the investment and file payment claims.

Deadline

Online submission on ΟΠΣΚΕ (call code ΚΑΠ-29) from Tuesday 20 Oct 2026, 13:00, to Wednesday 10 Feb 2027, 15:00. Paper or late applications are not accepted.
