Who can apply

Farmers and other individuals, existing or new businesses (companies), private bodies, collective and local public bodies, depending on the sub-action. The project must be in the Karditsa regional unit or the Thessaliotida municipal unit (Domokos municipality, Phthiotis), outside the Karditsa town plan.

What it pays for

Indicative budget per sub-action: agricultural-product processing €842,400; non-agricultural processing €572,000; forestry €143,000; crafts €429,000; tourism businesses €364,000; services €208,000; energy/water saving, bio-economy and circular economy €200,000; training 3 × €40,000; cooperation €76,000. Aid of 65–100% depending on the sub-action (each rate is in the full call).

  3. Prepare a file: investment plan, quotes, permits, property documents.
  4. Submit on ΟΠΣΚΕ (app.opske.gr), call ΚΑΠ-20, by 15 Dec 2026, 15:00.
  5. Follow the evaluation and results; once approved, carry out the project and file payment claims.

Area covers Karditsa regional unit (Thessaly) plus the Thessaliotida municipal unit of Domokos (Phthiotis, Central Greece), hence two regions. Budget figures are indicative public expenditure per sub-intervention as published by ΑΝ.ΚΑ. (the third training line is coded 2.2 twice on their page). The 65–100% range is stated by the LAG; the rate for each sub-intervention must be checked in the full call (it is not confirmed that every business investment gets 65%). Evaluation method not confirmed by us; LEADER private calls are normally scored (the Pella call uses comparative evaluation). Amount fields empty because per-project limits were not available to us.
