Grants for small-business investments across the Larissa regional unit except the city of Larissa: processing of farm and other products, forestry, crafts, tourism, services, and energy or water saving. Who can apply

Individuals and existing or new businesses investing in the Larissa regional unit (municipalities of Agia, Elassona, Kileler, Larissa, Tempi, Tyrnavos and Farsala), except the areas inside the Larissa city plan. Other bodies can take part in forestry and cooperation actions.

What it pays for

Investments in nine sub-actions with indicative budgets: farm-product processing €710,398, non-farm processing €389,460, forestry €91,644.50, crafts €262,885, tourism €681,553.60, services €276,516, energy/water saving and circular economy €467,352, and two cooperation actions (€38,946 each). Rates and maximum amounts per project are set in the full call; national rules allow up to 65% for processing.

How to apply

  1. Read the call on aenol.gr and ask AENOL (info@aenol.gr, 2493025047 or 2410284824) about the rate and cap for your action.
  2. Prepare a business plan, quotes, permits and property documents (usually with a consultant).
  3. Log in to ΟΠΣΚΕ (app.opske.gr) with TAXISnet and choose call ΚΑΠ-21.
  4. Submit from 23 Oct 2026, 13:00, to 28 Jan 2027, 15:00.
  5. Wait for the evaluation and results; once approved, carry out the investment and claim payment.

Online submission on ΟΠΣΚΕ (call code ΚΑΠ-21) from Friday 23 Oct 2026, 13:00, to Thursday 28 Jan 2027, 15:00. Late applications are not accepted.
