ESPA 2021-2027 · Regional Programme ‘Sterea Ellada 2021-2027’ (Priority 01, RSO1.3, ERDF)
ΕΥΔ Προγράμματος «Στερεά Ελλάδα» – Περιφέρεια Στερεάς Ελλάδας, με ενδιάμεσο φορέα ΕΦΕΠΑΕ / ΑΝ.ΔΙΑ (Managing Authority of the Sterea Ellada Programme – Region of Central Greece; intermediate body EFEPAE / ANDIA)
In plain words
A 70% grant (75% for green projects) for existing small and medium businesses in Central Greece that invest in machinery, premises, software or promotion. Larger plans (€200k–€800k) can instead get 40–60%. You need two closed financial years (2023 and 2024), and applications are ranked against each other.
Who can apply
Existing micro, small and medium businesses registered with the tax authority (AADE) before 30/06/2023, investing in Viotia, Evia (incl. Skyros), Evrytania, Fthiotida or Fokida, and active under an eligible activity code (KAD).
What it pays for
Machinery, equipment and vehicles; buildings, installations and outdoor areas; software; services (e.g. consultants, certifications); promotion, networking and trade fairs. Plans are €30,000–€400,000 under de minimis or €200,000–€800,000 under the EU block-exemption rules (GBER).

Research notes: Call no. 79 (prot. 914/29-04-2026). The 3rd amendment (prot. 1971/14-09-2026, ΑΔΑ ΨΔΝΠ7ΛΗ-ΑΚΩ) raised public budget to €25m (from €16m incl. over-commitment; €12m originally) and moved the deadline from 18/09 to 30/10/2026; the Managing Authority page (checked 17/10/2026) shows ‘Ενεργή’, 30/10/2026 15:00, €25m. FAQ updated 07/10/2026. Amounts are computed from the call, not stated as such: min €21,000 = 70% of the €30,000 minimum plan (de minimis); max €480,000 = 60% of an €800,000 plan for micro/small firms under GBER art. 14 (some expense codes are 50%; medium firms get 40–50%). Under de minimis the grant tops out at €280,000 (70% of €400,000) or €300,000 for green projects. Questions: stereaellada@mou.gr; ΑΝ.ΔΙΑ 2231067047, andia@otenet.gr.
