Who can apply
Active farmers (individuals, companies or groups of them) with at least 1 ha of cotton or processing tomato, or 0.5 ha of quinoa, declared in the 2025 Single Aid Application.

A yearly payment per hectare that includes the adviser's fee and the calculation software: cotton €317, processing tomato €704, quinoa €422. 3-year commitment. Selection criteria: carbon-certification schemes, young farmers, area (irrigated land first), collective schemes.
