Elevate Greece national startup registry (3rd call of 2026)
Elevate Greece · National Startup Registry
Γενική Γραμματεία Έρευνας και Καινοτομίας – ΓΓΕΚ (General Secretariat for Research and Innovation)
In plain words
It gives no money: it is the official listing as a startup in Greece. Registration brings visibility to investors, awards and access to some incentives and programmes, which are still assessed separately. Apply by 30 Dec 2026.
Who can apply
New innovative companies based in Greece, or foreign companies with a Greek branch or subsidiary, that meet the Registry's eligibility criteria.
What it pays for
Official startup recognition, a profile in the Elevate Greece database seen by investors, eligibility for the National Startup Awards, networking and job ads. Registration does not automatically qualify you for state aid.

Research notes: Not a grant — a gateway status (instrument set to 'mixed' for lack of a better value). Registry legal basis cited on the site: ΚΥΑ, ΦΕΚ 5787/2020. Admission decisions continue in 2026 (45th Feb, 46th May/Aug, 47th Aug 2026). The detailed eligibility criteria (company age, innovation tests) sit behind the registry login and were not verified. Tax incentives linked to startups/R&D were not verifiable on official sources and are not listed.
