Research notes: Pre-announced by the Labour Minister (Ministry releases 22/09/2026 and 01/10/2026: 90% of salary and contributions for one year). In a 16/10/2026 interview she said the design is in its final stage. Press (11–14/10/2026) reports 1,000 places, €15.756m national funds and a possible €1,300 gross pay cap — not yet official. Other DYPA programmes the press expects by end-2026 (≈27,500 subsidised jobs for unemployed 30+, 5,500 youth placements, vulnerable-group schemes) have no official publication yet and are not listed.
