Grants for two or more production companies from different countries developing a film or series together. The amount is €120,000 for two partners (plus €60,000 per extra partner) or €200,000 for big fiction series. The coordinator needs a work commercially released in three other countries.

Who can apply

Independent European production companies from at least two MEDIA countries with a signed co-development agreement. A Greek company can be coordinator or partner.

What it pays for

A lump-sum grant (70% rate) for jointly developing a fiction, animation or documentary project: €120,000 for 2 beneficiaries plus €60,000 per extra one; for fiction series with a production budget of €20M or more, €200,000 for 2 beneficiaries plus €100,000 per extra one. Up to 30 months.

What must be true for you

  • Independence from broadcasters and platforms (25% threshold).

  • 30% own contribution.

How to apply

  1. Find a co-producer in another MEDIA country and sign a co-development agreement.
  2. Read the CREA-MEDIA-2027-CODEV call document and talk to the Creative Europe Desk in Greece.
  3. Create EU Login accounts and get a PIC for each company.
  4. Prepare the application form and the project's creative dossier.
  5. The coordinator submits on the Funding & Tenders Portal by 2 Mar 2027, 17:00.

Amount fields null because the lump sum is per consortium, not per company.
