Research notes: HDB page (read 17.10.2026) says: «εξαντλήθηκαν οι πόροι της Ε' φάσης του Ταμείου Δανείων ΤΕΠΙΧ ΙΙΙ» – no date given. A 4th application cycle opened in April 2026 and a July 2026 top-up (recycled 2014-2020 funds, ~€330m of new loans) followed, with revised terms of 04.08.2026, so the exhausted phase almost certainly closed after 01.07.2026; exact close date unknown (closes = null). Budget €570m (€400m Competitiveness 2021-2027, €100m national, €70m 2014-2020 reflows); portfolio with bank money ~€1.33bn. Bank share priced at least 25 bps below the bank's normal rate. Lending allowed until 31.12.2029 or until the budget is used. Kept as a flagship recurring instrument; no new phase announced as of 17.10.2026.
