Research notes: HDB news (01.10.2026, IOVE report presentation): €1.5bn of new Recovery Fund resources, leveraged to €5bn of SME financing, activation expected 'έως τις αρχές του 2027'. Not to be confused with the original RRF loan facility (banks + RRF at 0.35%/1%), whose approvals ended 31.08.2026 and whose contracting was reported complete in May 2026 – that facility is no longer open and is not listed separately.
