What it pays for

Per the Ministry: staff training, consultant fees, adoption of modern methods and technologies (mainly AI). Eligible costs will be set in the call.

What must be true for you

  • Small or medium-sized business (micro, small or medium).
  • General Development Law rules are expected to apply: apply before work starts and 25% own contribution.
  • The law generally sets minimum projects of €100,000 (micro) to €500,000 (medium), unless the call says otherwise.

How to apply

  2. Start costing the investment and collecting quotes now – do not start any work before you apply.
  3. Line up the 25% own contribution (own funds or a bank pre-approval).
  4. When the call is published, apply on ΠΣ-Αν (opsan.mindev.gov.gr) with a business plan.

Research notes: The Ministry of Development listed the item «Τρία νέα καθεστώτα του Αναπτυξιακού Νόμου για τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις ως το τέλος του 2026» on its homepage (12.10.2026): three new SME schemes by end-2026 – export orientation, social entrepreneurship & crafts, modern technologies/AI. No call, pre-publication, dates or terms exist yet; everything below that is not law text may change. €150m budget and SME-only scope come from a Ministry of Development statement of 09.02.2026 (minister on ACTION24, reproduced by forin.gr). The amended law (2025) names a scheme «Σύγχρονες Τεχνολογίες»; whether the AI call is that scheme is our inference. Stage and evaluation fields are assumptions based on standard Development Law rules.
