This is not a grant: venture capital funds put money into your company and become shareholders, using money that includes ESPA funds. It targets innovative firms in health/life sciences and in sustainability/social impact. You pitch directly to the funds, which decide themselves.
Who can apply
Innovative companies, mainly startups and growing firms, in Life Sciences & Healthcare and in Sustainability & Social Impact.
What it pays for
Equity investment to grow the company. Health funds: Olea Venture Partners, Untethered Ventures, Rhea. Sustainability funds: Investing For Purpose, Skybound VC, Sporos Platform. Ticket sizes are not published.

- An innovative product or service in one of the two sectors
- A business plan and team that convince professional investors
- Accepting the fund as a shareholder
- Detailed criteria (stage, amounts) are set by each fund

- Prepare a short pitch deck and business plan
- Send them directly to the fund that matches your sector
- Go through the fund's due diligence and negotiate terms
- Sign the investment agreement

No deadline: the funds review proposals continuously while they have capital to invest.
