If your company is a partner in a European research project selected in a Horizon Europe partnership call (e.g. Eurostars), this is where you get the Greek share of the funding. Companies are covered up to 70%. It is not for new ideas: you need an already selected project.
Who can apply
Companies of any size and research bodies present in Greece, coordinating or partnering in projects selected in European partnership calls where the Greek research secretariat (GSRI) takes part (e.g. Eurostars calls 7 and 9, SBEP 2024, DUT 2024, CETP 2024, Water4All 2024, EP PerMed 2025). Large companies only if they work with at least one SME.
What it pays for
Industrial research and experimental development: staff, instruments and equipment, contract research and subcontracting, running and indirect costs. Project budget up to €250,000 if you coordinate or €200,000 if you are a partner. Up to 70% for companies depending on size and type of research (up to 100% for research bodies).
What must be true for you

- Your project was selected in an eligible partnership call and you are on the list of potential beneficiaries approved by GSRI
- Legal establishment or branch in Greece
- Large companies only together with SMEs
- Incentive effect (GBER Art. 6) — otherwise the whole project is ineligible
- Up to 36 months, ending by 31 Dec 2030 at the latest

- Confirm your project is in an eligible call and that you are on GSRI's list
- Read the call (19/06/2026) on the action page
- Prepare a budget per work package (industrial research / experimental development)
- Submit in OPSKE (app.opske.gr) while budget remains
